If a student is enrolled at Politecnico di Milano and wishes to transfer to the Bachelor’s degree Study Programme in Materials and Nanotechnology Engineering, he/she must apply for a transfer by following the procedure described in the dedicated page on the University website. Requests for transfers by students of Politecnico di Milano can be submitted following the procedure described on the dedicated page of the University website and will be evaluated only for those who, as of August 15, have obtained a number of duly registered ECTS credits equal to or higher than 20, even among those included in excess in the student’s study plan.

If a student is enrolled in another University and wishes to transfer to the Bachelor’s degree Study Programme in Materials and Nanotechnology Engineering of Politecnico di Milano, he/she must apply for a transfer following the procedure described on the dedicated page of the University Orientation website.

Among all valid transfer requests, a specific Commission of the Study Programme Board establishes the acceptable ones, taking into account the programmed number of admissions for the first year and the academic career indicators (number of ECTS credits taken, average marks, grade in the engineering entrance test). For students whose application is accepted, the Commission decides which ECTS credits are recognized as valid for the attainment of the degree.

If a student is enrolled at the Politecnico di Milano and wishes to transfer to the Master’s degree Study Programme in Materials Engineering and Nanotechnology or is enrolled in another University and wishes to transfer to the Master’s degree Study Programme in Materials Engineering and Nanotechnology of Politecnico di Milano, he/she must follow the same admission procedures  as for those who intend to access these Study Programmes for the first time.
